How is this different from generic AI consulting?

We work only with real estate businesses. The use cases, the operating realities, and the buyer personas are all things we have seen before. The result is faster diagnosis, sharper recommendations, and fewer false starts.

How long does a typical engagement run?

Strategy and roadmap engagements run 4 to 8 weeks. Implementation engagements run 3 to 12 months. Most clients begin with a 2 week diagnostic that scopes the rest.
