Yes, all three. We have built bidirectional sync layers covering lease data, ledger reconciliation, amenity management, and work order tracking for clients on each platform. Custom connectors take 2 to 4 weeks per platform depending on your existing configuration.

Can the same resident app work across multiple communities?

Yes, and that is exactly how it is designed to scale. Each community gets its own branded space within the app with its own amenities, maintenance workflows, and announcements, while your operations team manages everything from a single backend. Adding a new community means switching on a new instance, not rebuilding from scratch.

Is this an off-the-shelf product?

No. Everything is purpose-built for your portfolio, your brand, and your existing tech stack. There are no licence fees, no vendor lock-in, and no template constraints. Once the engagement is complete, you own the codebase outright.
