Yes, and we have. Most engagements either replace the channel manager entirely when it is the bottleneck or rebuild the direct booking and guest experience layer around it when your team is already trained on it and the data is clean. We scope the right approach in writing before any work begins.

How fast can direct booking conversion improve?
