FAQ

Common questions

What does the grader actually measure?

Ten signals grouped into three dimensions: first impression (load speed, above-the-fold clarity, primary CTA), trust and proof (client logos, named founder, pricing transparency, testimonials), and conversion mechanics (primary action, form friction, event tracking). Each answer maps to a 0 to 3 score, totalling out of 30, then bucketed into an A to D grade.

Do I need to paste my URL?

No. This is a self-assessment, not a scraper. You answer 10 questions about your own site from what you already know. Takes about 3 minutes. Nothing is saved and no email is captured.

How is this different from a Lighthouse or PageSpeed score?

Lighthouse grades technical performance and accessibility. This grades commercial conversion signals, the stuff that actually turns visitors into booked calls. Fast sites still convert badly if the above-the-fold message is vague, there is no proof, or the form has 11 fields.

What is a good conversion rate for a real estate website?

For a B2B PropTech or agency site with a book-a-call primary action, 2 to 4 percent of traffic to booked calls is solid, 4 to 8 percent is strong. For a consumer or listings site, the KPI is lead form completion, typically 1 to 3 percent baseline. Grade B and above sites usually sit at or above these numbers.

How do I actually improve if my grade is low?

Fix trust and CTA first, they move the needle fastest. A named founder with a photo, three real logos above the fold, one clear primary CTA, and a 3-field form will usually lift conversion 30 to 60 percent inside a month. Speed and tracking come next. If you want the full teardown, book a call.
