What does the score mean?
The score reflects how mature your operation is across 12 PropTech dimensions, CRM, lead routing, automation, data hygiene, mobile, analytics, integrations, security, and team enablement. Under 40% means you're still operating mostly manually; 40–60% is foundational with clear upside; 60–80% is strong; above 80% puts you in the top tier of operators we benchmark.
How accurate is a 12-question audit?
A short audit won't replace a 4-week diagnostic, but it's surprisingly directional. The 12 questions are drawn from the diagnostic framework we use on real engagements, weighted to surface the gaps that actually move EBITDA, not vanity capability. If your score is low, the right next step is a proper deep-dive; if it's high, you'll usually see the 1–2 specific gaps to close.
