About Noseberry Digitals

What does Noseberry Digitals do?

Noseberry Digitals is a full-stack agency built exclusively for real estate and PropTech. We provide eight integrated services. Design and branding, website development, custom software development, mobile app development, CRM implementation, systems integration, digital marketing, and SEO/AEO. All under one roof, all focused only on real estate and property technology clients globally.

How are you different from a generalist digital agency?

Generalist agencies (Digital Silk, WebFX, Instrument) serve dozens of industries. We serve one. That means our team understands MLS feeds, IDX integration, RERA compliance, broker workflows, and the difference between BTR and coliving without being briefed.

How are you different from Luxury Presence, BoldTrail, or Lofty?

Those are SaaS platforms. You rent a templated website and CRM from them on a monthly subscription. We're a custom-build agency. We design, build, and deliver software you own forever, customized to your exact workflow, with no platform lock-in. When the engagement ends, the code, content, and customer data are yours.

Who do you work with?

Real estate brokerages, property developers, property management companies, PropTech startups (seed through Series C), REITs, real estate portals, coliving and BTR operators, student housing operators, vacation rental brands, commercial real estate firms, mortgage and finance platforms, and real estate investment firms across 14+ countries. Covering all 60 verticals of real estate.

Engagement

What does an engagement look like?

Every engagement is scoped to your team and outcome. We start with a free strategy call to understand your business, your stage, and the work to be done. Then send a written proposal with scope, milestones, and timeline within 5 business days. Most projects bill against milestone-based releases (kick-off, design sign-off, build, launch, post-launch). Retainer engagements bill monthly.

How long does a project take?

Branding and websites typically run 6–14 weeks. Mobile apps run 12–24 weeks. CRM implementations run 4–12 weeks. Custom software platforms range from 12 weeks (MVP) to 12+ months (enterprise systems).

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Most projects bill against milestone-based releases (kick-off, design sign-off, build, launch, post-launch). Retainer engagements bill monthly. We accept SWIFT wire, ACH, UK BACS, SEPA, and standard cards. Custom payment schedules are available for enterprise procurement.

Fixed-price or time-and-materials?

We default to fixed-scope, milestone-billed contracts so you know the total before we start. For open-ended platform work or month-on-month marketing retainers, we use a capped time-and-materials model with weekly burn-down reporting. Either way, no surprise change orders.

Will you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before discovery calls and have a standard template you can countersign in minutes. We will not, however, sign exclusivity agreements that prevent us from working with adjacent operators in the same city. Our category expertise depends on serving multiple operators in each market.

How we work

What does onboarding look like in the first two weeks?

Week 1: kickoff call with your stakeholders, named programme lead assigned, shared Slack/Teams set up, discovery interviews with 3–5 of your team members, scope confirmation. Week 2: detailed roadmap delivered, design or technical spike kicked off, weekly status cadence locked in. Most engagements ship a visible deliverable inside 14 days.

Do you only work with US clients?

No. We work globally across 14+ countries spanning North America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East (especially UAE), Asia-Pacific (especially India, Singapore, Australia), and Latin America. Our team is distributed across timezones to support clients worldwide.

Do you work with startups?

Yes. We have a dedicated track for early-stage PropTech startups (seed through Series C). Engagements scale with your stage. MVP-grade builds for pre-seed, full product engineering for funded teams. We've shipped product for 30+ PropTech startups across 14 countries.

Who owns the IP at the end of an engagement?

You do. Code, designs, brand assets, content, and customer data belong to you the moment they're delivered and paid for. We don't license, gate, or claim residual rights to anything we ship. Source code is delivered to your GitHub/GitLab on request.

What's your team structure on a project?

Every engagement has a named programme lead (single point of accountability), a discipline lead (engineering, design, or marketing depending on scope), and a delivery pod (engineers, designers, or specialists matched to the work). No bait-and-switch. The people on your kickoff are the people on your launch.

Getting started

How do I get started?

Book a free 30-minute strategy call. We'll talk through your business, your challenges, and what success looks like. If we're a fit, we'll send a written proposal within 5 business days. If we're not the right partner, we'll tell you that. And often refer you to someone who is.

What should I prepare for the discovery call?

Nothing formal. A rough sense of timeline, budget range, and the problem you're trying to solve is enough. If you have existing brand assets, a CRM in use, or a draft scope doc, share them ahead. But it's not required. The call is a working conversation, not a pitch.

Can we start with one service and grow into more?

Yes. And most engagements do. About 70% of our clients start with one service (typically branding, website, or marketing) and expand into three or four services within the first year. Because brand, web, CRM, and marketing all live with one team, the compounding is real.

Pricing

How much does a real estate website cost?

Single-broker IDX sites available. Custom developer launch sites run –60K. Multi-region brokerage platforms run –200K. Coliving multi-country platforms can reach. Pricing is fixed-scope per milestone; full proposals shared within 5 business days.

How much does a custom CRM cost?

CRM implementation on HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho runs –50K depending on customisation. Custom-built CRMs from scratch run –150K. Most engagements are HubSpot or Salesforce configurations. Custom-built CRMs only when the operator's workflow genuinely demands it.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?

We don't list standard discounts. We do scope down. For early-stage PropTech founders we'll share a fixed-scope MVP package (, 60 days) that ships less than the full platform but lands a defensible product. Nonprofits should ask; we evaluate case by case.

Are payments milestone-based?

Yes. Default. Kick-off, design sign-off, mid-build, launch, post-launch. Roughly 4–5 payments per engagement. Retainer engagements bill monthly. We accept SWIFT, ACH, UK BACS, SEPA, and standard cards. Indian + UAE clients can invoice in INR / AED via local entities.

Timelines

How fast can you launch a website?

Single-page teaser sites in 2–3 weeks. Standard real-estate brokerage sites in 6–10 weeks. Multi-locale developer launch sites in 8–14 weeks. Multi-region operator platforms in 12–24 weeks.

What's the typical software build timeline?

MVP in 8–10 weeks. Full platform in 12–18 weeks. Multi-tenant SaaS replatforms in 16–28 weeks. AI-agent prototypes in 6–8 weeks. Every engagement starts with a 1-week scoping sprint that locks scope + timeline before kickoff.

Can you ship in 4 weeks?

For specific scopes, yes. Single-page teaser, brand audit, technical SEO sweep, AI prototype on clean data. We're transparent: if your scope can't ship cleanly in 4 weeks, we'll say so before contract. We won't promise speed we can't deliver.

How long does CRM implementation take?

HubSpot / Salesforce configuration: 4–8 weeks. Custom flows + integrations: 8–12 weeks. Multi-team rollouts with training: 10–14 weeks. Migration from a legacy CRM is the long pole. Usually 60% of the timeline.

Geographic delivery

Do you work with US clients from India?

Yes. Most US engagements are delivered from our India team with East-coast + West-coast time-zone overlap. Senior leads + project managers run on US hours; engineering ships overnight. Daily standups at 9 a.m. ET.

Can you do on-site visits in Dubai?

Yes. Business Bay client-meeting space. UAE operators get monthly on-site reviews during launch sprints; quarterly thereafter on retainer. Travel from India is a 3-hour direct flight.

Do you handle Indian GST compliance?

Yes. GST-registered Indian entity for invoicing B2B + B2C. Cross-state GST handled. India clients can invoice INR; international clients invoice USD via Stripe / SWIFT.

Can you accept USD wire transfers?

Yes. USD wires + ACH + SWIFT. Standard Net-15 invoicing on milestones. Per-project pricing only; no monthly retainers without a written SOW.

Services

Can you do design only or just code?

Yes. Single-service engagements are fine. Most clients eventually buy more, but we don't gate. Design-only engagements run 3–8 weeks; engineering-only runs depend on the spec we're handed.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Retainer-backed maintenance from /month for marketing-site maintenance up to /month for full-platform engineering retainers. Includes content, SEO, perf monitoring, and growth experiments.

What's the difference between branding and UI/UX?

Branding is the strategic + visual identity (logo, palette, typography, voice). UI/UX is the application of that identity to product surfaces (web, app, dashboard). We do both; one without the other is rarely sufficient.

Can you migrate us from Luxury Presence / BoldTrail / Lofty?

Yes. Most of our brokerage builds are migrations from templated SaaS. We rebuild on Next.js with proper schema-first SEO/AEO, full code ownership, and we keep your URLs intact (301 redirects on all changed paths).

Ownership

Do I own my code?

Yes. Every line of code, every model, every prompt, every brand asset is yours forever. Deployed to your cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure). No SaaS lock-in, no per-seat licensing, no platform tax. When the engagement ends, the work is yours.

Can I take the website to another provider?

Yes. Code lives in your GitHub. Infra runs in your cloud. We hand off cleanly. Runbooks, env vars, deploy pipelines, on-call playbooks. Most of our handoffs end with the next provider saying 'this is unusually clean'.

Are there ongoing license fees?

No platform license fees from us. You pay third-party services directly. Your AWS / Stripe / OpenAI / domain bills, on your own accounts. We facilitate the setup; you own the relationship.

Compliance

Are you GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We deploy to your cloud under your data-processing agreements; we sign GDPR-compliant DPAs for EU operations. We support EU + UK data residency where required. The infrastructure inherits your audits; we handle the technical posture (encryption, access logs, breach notification flows).

Do you handle RERA filings?

We don't file RERA paperwork directly. That's the developer's job. We do build RERA-compliant project sites: mandatory disclosures, RERA registration display, escrow integration where required, and the audit trail RERA portals expect.

ISO certifications?

We deploy to your cloud, which inherits your ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / ISO 9001. We support the technical posture (access logs, encryption, audit trails, on-call runbooks). Your firm completes the formal audit. Where ISO certification is in scope for the build, we coordinate with your auditor directly.

Fair Housing in US?

Yes. Fair Housing Act + state-level human-rights laws (NY, CA in particular) reviewed for copy + image content. We flag listings that risk steering, and the platform enforces neutral language by default.

Support

What's included in maintenance?

Standard maintenance retainer covers: dependency updates, security patches, perf monitoring, uptime + alerting, minor content updates, monthly Lighthouse + accessibility audits, monthly SEO/AEO check-in. Excluded: major new feature work (scoped separately).

Can I just buy hours on demand?

Yes. Capped time-and-materials with weekly burn-down reporting. Minimum block 20 hours. Useful for small enhancements between major releases.

Do you offer an SLA?

Yes for retainer engagements. Standard tier: 99.5% uptime, 4-hour P1 response, next-business-day P2. Enterprise tier: 99.9% uptime, 1-hour P1 response, 24/7 on-call. Per-engagement SLA in the SOW.
