How long does a real estate branding engagement take?
Most engagements run six to ten weeks end-to-end, from discovery through to a deployed identity system. Faster sprints are possible for single-deliverable scopes; rebrands across multi-country portfolios run longer.
Do we own the logo, source files, and brand book?
Yes. Vector source files, working files, brand guidelines, and Figma library are fully yours. Complete ownership transfers at project close with no licensing fees, royalties, or retainer lock-in.
Can you handle naming as well as identity design?
Yes. Naming exploration is available as part of the strategy stage for operations that are launching, repositioning, or expanding into new markets. It is scoped into your proposal where relevant.
What if we already have a logo we like?
We work with what you have. If your existing logo is worth keeping, the system is built around it. If it needs to evolve, we say so honestly and show you why before any work begins.
Who owns the brand once it is delivered?
You own everything. All source files, working files, brand books, and Figma libraries transfer to you at project close. No licensing fees, royalties, or design retainer lock-in.
Do you handle trademark registration or just the screening?
Trademark availability screening across your key markets is included. Filing and registration is handled by your IP counsel. We coordinate with them where useful but do not replace them.
Can you design a brand if we are still deciding on our name?
Yes. Naming exploration is a defined stage of the engagement when needed. Competitive name screening, domain availability checks, and trademark pre-screening happen before design begins.
